well, that is why I said “If I were to summarize what I have seen” when making my judgment. And also, it is my opinion, which I am entitled to. It’s not as if I stated it as fact.
And 5 episodes is kind of a lot man. I am not saying it is fair to judge anything until viewing it in its entirety, but part of creating a successful piece of fiction is hooking a viewer/reader/whatever. I watched the first 5 episodes and I wasn’t hooked.
Sorry if that doesn’t sit with you my dear friend anonymous. Luckily there are plenty of people that probably share both of our opinions. Unfortunately for you, my team is a bunch of ruthless cold blooded killers that could take your team in a street fight any day of the week.

The thing about Mad Men is, it is very boring. I am not sure I get it? It’s really boring right? People love it, and I watch it, I have watched like five episodes. If I were to summarize what I have seen it would be “pretty much a lot of boring rich white men.” If the literary canon were a prime time critically acclaimed TV show, it would be Mad Men
